Q:HOW WILL I FIND MY JAZYKAR DRIVER AT THE ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT?
A:Your Luxury Club driver will meet and greet you in the designated pickup area of the airport, located down the escalators to level 2 (baggage claim area). There our driver will have a sign with your name on it. 

Q:What is the penalty for canceling my ground transportation without notification?
A:You must cancel your reservation 2 days  in advance of your pickup date, as well as 7 days in advance if arriving at an airport out of town.  When your reservation is accepted, we hold a specific vehicle for you, which means that  we will not double book that car for ground transportation.

 Q:What is your wait time policy?
A:We allow 15 minutes grace period for all pickups(airport arrivals are exempt).  Wait time charges will apply after the expiration of the 15 minute grace period.  The charges will be pro-rated and an appropriate hourly rate will be billed for the  awaiting vehicle. 

Q:What if my flight gets delayed? Will I be charged wait time?
A:No, Our state of the art system monitors your flight's arrival in real time.  However if your flight arrives after 

Q:Is the gratuity included in the fare?
A:No, but feel free to Tip

Q:Will I receive a confirmation number after I book my ride?
 A:All confirmation emails are sent out within 24 hours of receipt, however most confirmations are emailed within the same day.

 Q:What is your cancellation policy?
A:All bookings MUST be cancelled 2 days prior to the scheduled pickup date. All hourly service contracts MUST be cancelled 7 days prior to the date of service.  Your card will be refunded in full as long as you cancel within the contracted time. All cash payments will be issued a refund check for the full fare as long as the customer adheres to our cancellation policy.

Q:What forms of payments are accepted?
A:We accept Master card, Visa, Discover, AMEX, traveler's checks and cash.

Q:What is required to hold a reservation?
A:Booking

 Q:I AM ARRIVING ON A CRUISE SHIP AT PORT CANAVERAL, HOW WILL I FIND MY JAZYKAR DRIVER??
A: You will have to contact your driver who will be in a designated parking. You will have to let driver know that you have deboarded and are at the pick up area. 

Q: CAN I PAY CASH?
A:Unfortunately we are only taking online payments at the moments

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DRIVE FROM ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL TO DISNEY RESORTS?
A:Depending on the location of resort and traffic, it will take approximately 30-45  minutes to reach your resort.

Q:What happens if I leave my personal belongings inside the vehicle?
A:We can ship your belongings to you.  Clients will be responsible for all shipping costs.  Should you want us to deliver the items to your local hotel, we can do that once we have a vehicle heading your way at no charge.  We will have to bill you the full fare if you need the items immediately and cannot wait.

 Q:Do you provide child seats?
A:We do provide 1 carseat and 2 boosters. You are welcomed to bring you own car seats or boosters. 

Q:How much do you charge if someone vomits inside the vehicle?
A:We have a minimum of $300.00 fee for any vomit inside of our vehicles.  We have to remove the vehicle from service and we have to get it professionally cleaned in order to ensure safety for our clients.

Q:Is smoking allowed inside vehicles?
A:No.  All of our vehicles are smoke free.  We do not allow our customers or chauffeurs to smoke inside our vehicles.  This ban includes e-cigarettes as well.
